The new educational and training center for the Mississippi Army
National Guard contains six troop billets, three training sheds for drill activities, and a motor pool maintenance building. The project features a complex radiused concrete retaining wall with upper and lower patio areas. The billets feature load-bearing masonry construction and cast-in-place elevated concrete topped off with engineered wood trusses. 

Sitework for the 10 acre property required removal of 30,000 cubic yards of each and more than 36,000 sq. ft. of asphalt road. Two thousand feet of storm drainage was added along with 93,600 sq. ft. of heavy duty asphalt paving and 33,000 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalk.
